How do we connect with the weather and ourselves

Accepting the four seasons is still a challenge for me. I’m not a fan of sudden changes — rain, clouds, and that gloomy darkness in the sky that no podcast dictionary can fully describe.
I was born in a very hot place, where I loved the sweat that seemed to wash away toxins from my body and mind. But recently, I’ve chosen to redefine what weather change means to me.
The weather must change — just like everything else in life. We evolve and renew ourselves, just as nature does.
Why Accepting Weather Changes Matters:
· It’s nature’s way of starting fresh. Don’t rush the process — notice how people who wear summer clothes too soon often get sick. Listen to nature!
· Each season can symbolize a stage of your life: January can be your rebirth season, when you plant new ideas and goals; October can be your reflection season, when you shed what no longer serves you and celebrate what remains strong.
· Embracing change keeps your heart and soul open to renewal, ready to welcome whatever comes without resistance or judgment.
Enjoy the weather — and the changes it brings!
